Anthony Flynn, Chairman, Founding Partner
Mr. Flynn is a successful, innovative sales and marketing executive in technology industries with 20 years experience helping companies grow revenue and win markets. He served in several senior positions for Bentley Systems, Inc. -- a $400M provider of software to engineers/architects. He was appointed VP Global Sales for Bentley DIRECT -- the company's mid-market and fastest-growing sales organization, which grew to $100M under his leadership. For three years, he served as CMO -- managing all aspects of the company's marketing during a period which saw e-marketing metrics increase by 100% annually, and revenue grow by $150M. Also, Flynn owned and ran a management consulting company that served high-tech CEOs, and was top performer at two start-ups that reached IPO and grew to revenue of $100M and $800M.
Flynn received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with minors and post-graduate work in Computer Science and EE from the University of Alabama at Huntsville.
Douglas Maitland, Founding Partner
For over 13 years, Mr. Maitland has been recognized for his ability to consistently increase profitability through business development that focuses on sales and marketing initiatives targeting the technology industry. He has held senior strategic sales and marketing positions at start-ups, as well as leading global software vendors, including at Bentley Systems – where he served as Marketing Director for Bentley DIRECT, North America. Maitland is a senior manager who has conceptualized, developed and executed market expansion programs that have resulted in YOY revenue growth in excess of 40% in some of the most challenging international markets.
Mr. Maitland earned his Masters in Civil Engineering from Kobe University, Japan and speaks, writes and reads Japanese fluently.
Yatin Suri, Founding Partner, India
Mr. Suri is widely recognized as a smart and successful strategic sales professional and has been identified as an up-and-coming business leader by Global Force DIRECT. He has held strategic selling and sales management positions in a series of increasingly broader appointments in his career, including at Wipro ePeripherals, Parsec Interact, and Satellier. He has a consistent track record of leading sales teams, setting up sales strategies and processes, building client relationships, and exceeding revenue targets.
Suri completed his Bachelors in Technology (Mechanical) and his Masters in Business Administration from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, India.
Kanti Purohit, Partner
Mr. Purohit is a seasoned executive with a passion for sales and marketing in the business of technology. As an expert in rethinking business strategies and creating new markets, Purohit has built a reputation for growing sales, winning new markets, and building flourishing teams. His executive roles included CEO of a public VoIP company, CEO of a private FoIP and storage company, COO of cloud computing technology company, and principal of a management consulting and public relations company.
As a founding executive of an electronic CAD start-up, Purohit led the company’s growth from $0 to a highly profitable $100M business and to a successful IPO. Purohit initially took the reins of its worldwide sales and later laid a solid foundation and built a growing business for the company’s European operations as its President.
Purohit has successfully managed to sell and market across the globe in domains as varied from biotech to VoIP, from professional services to hardware, and from software to strategy consulting, marketing, and public relation services. At the core of his success is Purohit’s dynamic leadership skills with a potent blend of business, marketing, and sales savvy combined with deep technology grasp.
Purohit received his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from University of Bombay and a Master of Science from North Dakota State University. Purohit also completed his PhD course work at Drexel University.
